BOV Compatibility

ZIMA piston cans are geometrically matched to existing filling systems from the industry's major players. No conversion. No new purchase. Compatible integration.

Why ZIMA Instead of Bag-on-Valve

Bag-on-valve systems must be filled through the valve: both product and propellant pass through the valve opening — a multi-step, cycle-time-intensive process. The bag adhered to the valve also forms a mechanically critical point. When emptying, the bag folds: in the folds, product remains that cannot be dispensed — with highly viscous formulations and large fill volumes, this results in significantly reduced usable yield. The ZIMA piston decouples both processes: the product is filled directly into the product chamber, the drive chamber separately — fast, robust, and with nearly complete product emptying.

Precision Valve

Compatible with PV valve systems and associated filling lines. Pre-validation of valve seat tolerances.

LINDAL

Integration into LINDAL dosing systems and filling lines. Tolerance validation for nozzle and valve geometry.

Vervaline

Compatible with Vervaline valves. Pre-validation of filling parameters.

Kemp

Compatible with Kemp valves. Pre-validation of dosing parameters.

Pamasol

Compatible with Pamasol filling lines. Validation of product-propellant separation at high fill rates.

What We Validate Before Series Production

1

Nozzle Geometry

Verification of nozzle diameters and formats against the ZIMA system. Adjustment notes in case of deviations.

2

Valve Seat Tolerances

Verification of valve seat seal integrity at maximum pressure. Report for your quality control.

3

Dosing Parameters

Setting of dose amount and frequency. Consistency over the entire batch length.

4

Filling Speed

Testing the maximum fill rate without compromising product-propellant separation.
