Our injection molds are manufactured in our Hungarian facility — not as a contract job, but as our own capacity. This means: short response times, direct quality control, and full control over the manufacturing process.
The tools are made from hardened tool steel (1.2344 / 420SS) and machined with 5-axis milling at ±0.02mm tolerance. Every tool surface is subjected to optical and tactile measurement before installation in the injection molding machine.
For high-throughput series, we run multiple tool positions in parallel. Tool maintenance is performed at fixed intervals and documented completely.
